Making sure you have enough qualified coaches at your club is a challenge presented by ClubMark and is largely being met by clubs but with it comes some issues where we believe we can help.
A number of our coaches and management team are experienced at helping coaches with their formal supported practice ahead of their UKCC2 assessment dates.
One of the most frustrating things for clubs is when they pay for a coaching course but then coaches don't end up getting the qualification and the supported practice element is often where things going wrong.
We can help you with that.

A coaching qualification allows your coaches to work with young players at your club but it doesn't necessarily mean that they will grow as coaches.
We are very fortunate that we coach many hours a week all year round but many of your coaches will be volunteers who will coach a couple of hours per week for perhaps just 12 weeks of the year.
That makes it very hard for them to develop, improve and come up with new ideas and unless you are fortunate enough to have an experienced professional coach at the club it can mean the same sorts of sessions being run each week and each year.
We can help you change that by coming down to your coaching session observing what currently happens, make some suggestions as to how things can be improved and offer coaches resources so that they can continue to develop as coaches.
