About the Programme

A number of clubs have spoken to us to help them solve some of the problems and issues they encounter with colts coaching which we believe the Club Colts Award solves:-

The Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching Club Colts Training Programme defines recommended skills in each of the batting, bowling and fielding (including wicketkeeping) elements of the game that we think club colts should be looking to know at each age group from under 8 to under 13 and formats it into a week by week training programme for your coaches.

From under 13 we believe coaching sessions should be structured differently due to the increased ability levels and more mature motivations of colts of that age and will more likely to be re-active based on match performances.

How to purchase

Each age group training programme costs £30 plus VAT or you can purchase the full programme for all 6 age groups for £150 plus VAT.

Plans can be personalised for your club if you send us your club logo.
