John is a very experienced coach, having already gained his Club coach certificate (UKCC2+) and received personal recognition from one of the Hampshire Cricket Development Officers.
He has coached with ex-professional players and current professional coaches at the Rose Bowl.
Currently he is running two under 13s teams at VT CC and Medstead CC.
John has been selected as one of the new Area co-ordinators and is already beginning to build Darren Talbot Cricket Coaching in the Hampshire area.
Jemma has been involved in cricket for 12 years and is a qualified ECB Level 2 coach.
She has coached in local schools and also managed and coached the Hampshire Under 11 girls team for two years. For the past 4 years Jemma has been assistant coach to the Winchester District Under 11 and Under 13 teams.
Jemma was instrumental in setting up a girls and ladies section at Hursley Park Cricket Club where she plays for and captains the Ladies 1st XI. She also coaches the junior section and 2nd XI squad.
Jemma has worked in the sports industry for 7 years; firstly for the English Volleyball Association and then for Southampton City Council as a Sports Development Officer and most recently for Southampton Schools Sports Partnership as a Competition Manager.
She is a keen cricket statistician and is currently studying for a Statistics degree.
Harry is an UKCC Level 2 cricket coach and FA level 2 football coach.
He graduated from St Mary’s University in 2009 where he studied Sport Science for which he wrote his dissertation on the psychology of repeatable good performance for cricketers. During his time at university he completed 3 seasons in the 1st cricket team playing in the 2nd and 3rd tier of University men’s cricket.
Harry played an integral part in Liss CC’s Hampshire Division 1 winning side in 2009, he was also one of junior sections lead coaches where he worked with boys and girls aged from 10-15. For the 2010 season he has joined Liphook and Ripsley CC of the Southern League.
