We are currently looking for freelance area co-ordinators throughout the United Kingdom to coach cricket in schools, run indoor leagues, school holiday courses, cricket parties and recruit coaches to work for you and us to expand the area.
You must have:-
UKCC2 or above qualification
Current enhanced ECB CRB
ECB Coaches Association membership
First Aid certificate (less than 3 years old)
Safeguarding Children / Child Welfare & Protection (less than 3 years old)
We have a basic contract which you will need to sign and the first step is to complete our online application form.
Is there schools work available in my area?
We only approach the schools once you have signed up as a coach with us but on average our coaches work in around 3 schools per coach per week throughout the year.
How much am I likely to earn?
We think you could be earning around £14,000-£16,000 in your first year if you work hard to build up your area.
How far will I be expected to travel?
The size of areas differ according to how populated it is but typically it will be a radius of around 15-20 miles.
Will I need my own equipment?
Yes, you will need to take your own coaching equipment which must be plastic for safety reasons. If you don't have your own equipment, we can supply it to you on a term long lease at the end of which you will own the equipment outright. We can provide you with a list of what you will need, which must include a first aid kit and accident book.
How long will it take for me to sign up to work with you?
Assuming we receive all the information we require back from you promptly, it should take not much longer than 2-3 weeks.
