Schools Coaching - Terms & Conditions

1. Confirmation of a child’s booking on a term-time course does not automatically enrol them for the whole of the academic school year, re-enrolments will be given out at the end of each term and parents/guardians will need to re-enrol each child.

2. Spaces in each age group are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis. We will advise you if your child has NOT been successful in receiving a place for any reason.

3. All course fees must be paid in advance and are non-refundable.

4. In the unlikely event that DT Sports Coaching has to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be issued unless an alternate date can be arranged. If the school cancels a session for any reason (e.g. adverse weather conditions), unfortunately no refund will be given by DT Sports Coaching.

5. Should a child no longer be able to participate in a course due to illness or injury, a credit note will be issued upon receipt of GP/hospital letter confirming injury. Please Note: a £10 administration fee will apply. Credit notes will not be issued for any other reason.

6. All of our coaches are qualified, approved and police checked through the Criminal Records Bureau.

7. DT Sports Coaching cannot accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property or effects at any of our coaching sessions.

8. Parents are asked to sign out their children with the coach when picking up to help our coaches ensure that all children have left the premises with the appropriate person.

9. Parents are expected to pick their child up within 5 minutes of the end of each session. Any remaining children after this time may be left with a member of the school staff for collection.

10. We reserve the right to exclude any child whose behaviour we deem inappropriate and no refund will be issued.

11. On occasions, DT Sports Coaching or their representative may take group photographs for promotional purposes only. If you do not want your child included, please notify us in writing.

12. The details provided on your booking form will be held on file for administration purposes and to notify you of any upcoming courses. You may opt out of these emails at any time.
